- VAT
As of July 1, 2021, all orders shipped to the EU are subject to VAT. Shopify automatically updates tax settings to charge the VAT rate of the buyer's shipping country. However, EU merchants who qualify for a micro-business exemption can update their settings to charge VAT based on their home country.
- Product performance, marketing, and pricing
Merchants must include VAT and import duties in the final prices displayed for products sold through their online store. They must also clearly indicate the previous price of a product if they're offering a discount or price reduction.
- Sale prices
The value in the Compare-at price must be higher than the value in Price to display a sale price.
- Returns
Shopify's return policy is designed to make the process as easy as possible. If you didn't receive the items you ordered or are missing items, you can contact Shopify's support team within 30 days after delivery.

- Each shipping zone has specific shipping types available.
- If you select a shipping type that does not correspond with your shipping zone, your order will be cancelled.
3. Order Cancellation
- Orders with mismatched shipping types and shipping zones will be cancelled automatically to avoid delays and errors in processing.
4. Shipping
- Cyprus and Greece domestic orders ship within 3-7 working days
- International orders 5-15 working days
